Please read these terms of service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal service from Yogi's Doody Scoopers

We strive to provide our clients with the best dog waste removal service while maintaining transparency and fairness in our pricing policies. To ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of our services, we have updated our terms of service as follows:

  1. Service Charges: Yogi's Doody Scoopers will charge a minimum service fee of $16.95 per visit. The pricing for our services will be based on the number of dogs using the property and the size of the backyard, up to 1/8th of an acre. We will charge an additional fee for yards larger than 1/8th of an acre based on the yard size. If you would like your front yard cleaned, we will charge an additional fee based on the yard size.

  2. Initial Cleaning: If an initial cleaning is required, we will charge a fee of $98 per man-hour, which will be applied upon the completion of the initial service before any weekly services can begin. The billing for weekly services may be included with your initial cleaning or on the next billing cycle, depending on your service schedule.

  3. One-Time Cleanings: One-time cleanings will be scheduled off-route and by appointment only. We will bill for one-time cleanings per man-hour with a minimum of one hour at $109.00. Any additional time required beyond the initial hour will be billed in 15-minute increments.

  4. Payment: We accept payment through credit cards or other payment methods. Payment is due upon completion of services.

  5. Cancellations: If you need to cancel a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. A cancellation fee of equal to your regular weekly service fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  6. Liability: We will take utmost care in cleaning your property, but we are not responsible for any damage caused to your property or any items left in the yard. We are also not responsible for any injuries caused by your dog(s).

  7. Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our services and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, don't hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will make it right.


We understand that our clients have busy schedules, and we want to be as accommodating as possible. However, to ensure that we can provide the most efficient service to all our clients, we have updated our terms of service to include the following:

  1. Days and Times of Service: Yogi's Doody Scoopers cannot guarantee specific days or times of service. Our routes are optimized for route efficiency and may be subject to change at any time without notice. However, we make every effort to communicate any schedule changes to our weekly routed customers whenever possible.

  2. Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule your service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to provide you with as much notice as possible. 

  3. Service Interruptions: In the event of inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we may need to temporarily suspend our services. We will make every effort to resume services as soon as possible.

  4. Communication: We believe in clear communication with our clients. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our services or schedule. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.


We hope these updates to our terms of service help clarify our policies regarding days and times of service. Thank you for choosing Yogi's Doody Scoopers as your dog waste removal service.


1. Inclement Weather: We strive to provide consistent dog waste removal service to our clients. However, in cases of inclement weather, such as heavy snow, ice, high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, or any other unforeseen business interruptions that may pose a safety risk to our employees and clients, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel our services.


2. Service Interruptions: In the event that we need to postpone or cancel our service due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to communicate with our clients as soon as possible. 


3. Refunds: We understand that our clients rely on our services, but we do not offer refunds for postponed or canceled weekly services due to the additional time required for cleanups following cancellations.


4. Safety First: Our top priority is the safety of our employees and clients. We will not provide services if we believe that it is unsafe to do so. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in cases of inclement weather, and we are committed to providing safe and reliable services.



  1. Notification: Yogi's Doody Scoopers must be notified of any changes in the number of dogs that use the property, including guest dogs. Please let us know immediately if any additional dogs are using the property.

  2. Pricing: Yogi's Doody Scoopers pricing is calculated per dog. If we see additional waste during the servicing of your property and have not been notified of any changes in the number of dogs, we will assume that there is a permanent change and update your recurring invoice immediately.

  3. Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting the number of dogs that use your property when requesting weekly service is not allowed. If we discover that the number of dogs has been misrepresented, Yogi's Doody Scoopers may cancel your service immediately without a refund.

  4. Guest Dogs: Guest dogs are billed on the next billing cycle for an additional $5 per week per dog. Please let us know in advance if you will have any guest dogs using the property.


  1. Clear and Open Access: Yogi's Doody Scoopers requires clear and open access to your property on the day of service. We do not offer refunds for skipped services due to no clear and/or open access to your property.

  2. Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring that Yogi's Doody Scoopers employees have clear and easy access to the area to be serviced and that aggressive dogs are not in the yard. If we come to your house and cannot access your yard due to accessibility issues, we will skip your visit that week and try again on your next scheduled visit.

  3. Gate Functionality: Yogi's Doody Scoopers require gates used to access the property to function correctly and in good working condition.

  4. Keys and Garage Codes: Yogi's Doody Scoopers does not accept keys to locks or garage codes.

  5. Gate Security: The customer is responsible for checking that the access gate has been secured properly after every service before letting dogs or children back onto the property.

  6. No Entry to Homes: Yogi's Doody Scoopers employees or appointed representatives are not permitted to and do not enter any part of our customer's homes at any time.



Yogi's Doody Scoopers makes every effort to provide our customers with a thorough dog waste removal service. However, we understand that maintaining a yard can be challenging and debris such as leaves and tall grass can make it difficult to find all of the waste.


Please note that if your yard has not been well-maintained or has a lot of debris, we may not be able to find all of the waste during our visit. We will do our best to clean your yard as thoroughly as possible and will return on the next scheduled visit to clean any remaining waste.


Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for missed waste due to leaves, debris, tall grass, or a not well-maintained yard. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their yard is accessible and clear of debris on the day of service. If we cannot access the yard due to excessive debris or tall grass, we may skip the service for that week and return on the next scheduled visit.




Although we make every effort to complete our dog waste removal services with the highest of standards, Yogi's Doody Scoopers does not guarantee that all pet waste will be completely removed due to conditions out of our control. 



Yogi's Doody Scoopers only recognizes Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day, and New Year's day as holidays that we do not provide service to.  If your pick-up day falls on one of these 3 days, we will skip that week and pick up the following week. 


There are no refunds for a missed pick up on a designated Holiday.  We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week before.  



All pricing on and is an estimate and is subject to change.


Yogi's Doody Scoopers bills for completed services on the last day of the month. 


We require all weekly service customers to be set up for recurring automatic payments.

If your card is declined, we will attempt to rerun the card. Service will be paused immediately until the issue has been fixed. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean-up, a first-time clean-up fee will apply. We will only pause service for periods of up to 30 days.


A 25% late fee will be applied to any past due account over 30 days from the date the invoice was issued. If we are unable to collect past due payment, we will cancel all services and send any money owed to Yogi's Doody Scoopers, including late fees, to our collection agency.



We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Yogi's Doody Scoopers collects and uses customer information solely for the purpose of providing dog waste removal services to you. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or any other purposes.


We may share your personal information with our employees and contractors who need to access it to perform their duties and provide you with the requested services. We may also share your personal information with law enforcement agencies, government officials, or other third parties when we are compelled to do so by court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

Yogi's Doody Scoopers takes reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal information and maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to secure the information we collect.

We may update or revise these terms of use at any time by posting the updated version on our website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms of use and take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.


Please note that some of the provisions in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our website.
