Please read these terms of service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal service from Yogi's Doody Scoopers

DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES
Yogi's Doody Scoopers will come to your home and remove the dog waste We have a minimum service charge of $10 for any visit. All pricing is based on how many dogs use the property and backyard size of 1/8th of an acre. Yards bigger than this will be based on size for an additional charge. If you would like your front yard cleaned also, this will be an additional charge, based on size.
If an initial cleaning is needed, a fee of $80 per man-hour will be applied upon the completion of your initial service and before any weekly services can be started. Billing for the weekly services may be billed with your initial cleaning or on the next billing cycle, depending on your service schedule.
One-time cleanings are scheduled off route and by appointment only. One-time cleanings are billed per man-hour with a
1 hour minimum of $80. Once the initial hour is completed, additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
DAYS AND TIMES OF SERVICE
YDS does not guarantee days or times of service. All routes are optimized for route efficiency and may be changed at any time, without notice. We do make every effort to communicate schedule changes to our weekly routed customers whenever possible.
It is our policy to remain open during most periods of inclement weather. In most cases, if the roads are clear, we will continue with our routes to find as much waste as possible.
However, where extraordinary circumstances warrant, due to heavy snow and/or ice, high winds, heavy rain, and/ thunderstorms, or other unforeseen business interruption, Yogi's Doody Scoopers reserves the right to postpone or cancel our routed dog waste removal service. We do not offer refunds for postponed/canceled weekly services due to the additional time required for cleanups, following cancelations.
AMOUNT OF DOGS THAT USE YOU PROPERTY
Yogi's Doody Scoopers pricing is calculated per dog. If you have requested weekly service and misrepresented how many dogs us your property, Yogi's Doody Scoopers can/will cancel your service immediately without a refund.
Yogi's Doody Scopers must be notified of any changes in the number of dogs that use the property, including guest dogs.
If we have not been notified of any additional dog and have seen additional waste during the servicing of your property, we will assume there is a permanent change to the number of dogs and your recurring invoice will be updated immediately.
Guest dogs are billed on the next billing cycle for an additional $5 per week, per dog.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
Yogi's Doody Scoopers requires clear and open access to your property on the day of service and we do not offer refunds for skipped services.
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that Yogi's Doody Scoopers have clear and easy access to the area to be scooped and that aggressive dogs are not in the yard.
If we come to your house and cannot access your yard due to a locked gate or your dog will not allow us, we will skip your visit for that week and try again on your next scheduled visit.
Yogi's Doody Scoopers requires gates used to access the property to be functioning properly and in good working condition.
Yogi's Doody Scoopers do not accept keys to locks or garage codes.
It is the property customer's responsibility to check that the access gate has been secured properly after every service, before letting dogs or children back onto the property.
Yogi's Doody Scoopers employees or appointed representatives are not permitted to and do not enter any part of our customer's homes at any time.
LEAVES, DEBRIS, TALL GRASS, & NOT MAINTAINED YARDS
We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can.
We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. Please understand that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, do not be surprised when you uncover some dog waste that we may have missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will likely get anything we missed when yard maintenance is complete.
DOG POOP REMOVAL
Although we make every effort to complete our dog waste removal services with the highest of standards, Yogi's Doody Scoopers does not guarantee that all pet waste will be completely removed due to conditions out of our control.
Yogi's Doody Scoopers only recognizes Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day, and New Year's day as holidays that we do not provide service to. If your pick up day falls on one of these 3 days, we will skip that week and pick up the following week.
There are no refunds for a missed pick up on a designated Holiday. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week before.
Yogi's Doody Scoopers is a pre-paid service. All routed dog waste removal services are pre-billed for that month of services and sent out on the first of every month with payment due upon receipt of the invoice. Automatic payment is available and recommended to avoid any delay in your services.
- All weekly services are divided into months of the year for even monthly invoices.
(52 weeks divided by 12 months = 4.333 weeks per month)
If your card is declined, we will attempt to rerun the card. Service will be paused immediately until the issue has been fixed. If more than 30 days have passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will apply. We will only pause service for periods up to 30 days. A 25% late fee will be applied to any past due account over 30 days from the date the invoice was issued. If we are unable to collect past due payment, we will cancel all services and send any money owed to Yogi's Doody Scoopers, including late fees, to our collection agency.
Your information is only used for Yogi's Doody Scoopers use.
We never sell customer information or send it to third parties.
